Shipping & Delivery

We ship Karü handcrafted jewellery with care. Below are our standard shipping options and timeframes. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays can occur due to courier or customs processing.

New Zealand

  • Standard: 3–5 business days from dispatch. Charged at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Free shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount (e.g. $80); any such offer will be shown at checkout.

We use tracked courier services within New Zealand. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

International

We can ship to selected countries. International delivery times typically range from 7 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs. Shipping costs and any applicable customs or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated. We will declare the value of the goods on the customs form.

Processing time

Orders are processed on business days. We aim to dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; we will notify you of any extended timeframe.

Delivery address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that you provided. If you need to change the address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@karu.com; we may not be able to change it once the order has been dispatched.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and (if applicable) photos. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, replace or refund in line with our Refunds & Returns policy.
